p2g now in Santa Fe

Posted on Updated on

My husband Michael was invited to speak at the Santa Fe Institute, and this gave me a most wonderful opportunity to visit the hometown of our poems2go patron foundation, The Witter Bynner Foundation for Poetry, and I had the extreme pleasure of having coffee with its managing director, Steve Schwartz.

It feels full circle when you can meet, and share conversation with someone who has helped, from afar, realize your vision, especially when that person is of kindred spirit.

Steve graciously gave me one of his personal copies of Witter Bynner’s Chinese Translations,¬†and I include in this month’s collection one of Bynner’s translations, one that is particularly fitting for our upcoming election.

In addition, we’re thrilled to now have poems2go hosted at two locations in Santa Fe,

The Santa Fe Library, and

Collected Works Bookstore and Coffeehouse

      Hi Robert,

Sorry, I’m just seeing your comment now about Collected Works Bookstore and Coffeeshop. It is most certainly a small world, which can be a comforting thought sometimes, knowing we’re not all that far apart.
